Camping

To ensure availability, please reserve your site ahead by calling the Solair office at 860-928-9174. A deposit via credit card, cash, or check is required.

A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

• Fees are due at check-in.
• Check-in starts at 1 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Pets are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash, cleaned up after, and do not infringe on your neighbors’ camping experience. (Pets are not allowed in rental cabins.)
• Daily grounds fees are not included in campsite fees.
• Most  camp sites have electric hook-ups.
• Firewood is available for sale at the office.

SEASONAL CAMPING STAYS

Campsites are available at seasonal rates for the period April 15 through October 31. Rechargeable vehicles such as golf carts require an additional seasonal fee of $150. You must show proof of insurance for all electric or gas-powered recreational vehicles. Associate Membership is required (fees not included in the rates above.)

SPECIAL SHORT-TERM SEASONAL
Tent site $90/week or $350/4-week period (4-wk must be Associate)
Trailer site, any size $130/week or $500/4-week period (4-wk must be Associate)

Solair offers twenty sites for trailers and RVs up to forty feet. Located in Pioneer Valley near the tennis courts, all have water and electric hook-ups 20/30 and a few 50 AMPS. There is a dumping station within Solair.

SEASONAL FEE
Associate Membership is required (fees not included in the rates below.)
Trailer site (less than 28’) w/ water & electric $1,700
Trailer site (28’ and larger) w/ water & electric $1,900

Plus additional seasonal fee of $100 for trailers needing 50 AMP Service.

Rechargeable vehicles (including but not limited to golf carts) will be charged an additional seasonal fee of $150.

There are 14 tent platform sites located near the waterfall/brook area, in Pioneer Valley (near tennis courts) and in the Fox Hollow wooded area. Water and electric where available.
