Solair has 155+ permanent member sites, some of which may be available for sale to current and prospective members.

As Solair is a private, member-run organization, in order to obtain a permanent site interested parties must first complete the standard four-visit interview process and be approved for membership by the Membership Director before purchasing a site. Because the town classifies Solair as a Seasonal Cottage Resort, there are restrictions on year-round residency. Other rules and regulations can be found in Solair’s By-laws and Ground Rules, available in the office.
